WalkOrb（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、必要な範囲に限ってデータを取り扱います。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおけるデータの取得、利用、保存および第三者サービスへの提供について説明するものです。
本アプリは、利用者が許可した場合に限り、Apple HealthKitから歩数データを読み取ります。歩数データは、1日の歩数と時間帯ごとの分布をオーブやグラフとして表示するために使用します。
本アプリは、機能の利用状況を把握し、安定性を改善するため、Firebase AnalyticsおよびFirebase Crashlyticsを使用します。Firebase Analyticsでは、画面表示や一部の設定・機能の操作など、限定されたイベントを収集します。歩数、HealthKitデータ、位置座標、写真の内容、購入結果などをAnalyticsのイベントパラメータとして送信しません。
Firebase Crashlyticsでは、クラッシュの原因を調査するため、クラッシュレポートおよび端末・OS情報などの診断情報を収集する場合があります。これらの情報は、Firebaseのサービスを通じて処理されます。
利用者が「現在地」を選び、位置情報へのアクセスを許可した場合、本アプリは現在地を一度取得します。取得した位置は、その地点の日の出・日の入りとタイムゾーンを求め、画面の色を調整するために使用します。本アプリは継続的な位置追跡を行いません。
利用者が選択した地点の座標、タイムゾーンおよび地点名は、設定と表示のため端末内に保存されることがあります。地点名の取得にはAppleのMapKitおよびジオコーディングサービスを利用する場合があります。位置情報を広告目的で利用することはありません。
利用者がオーブ画像の保存を選んだ場合、本アプリは利用者の許可を得て、生成した画像を写真ライブラリへ追加します。本アプリは写真ライブラリ内の既存の写真を読み取りません。画像は利用者の操作によってのみ保存され、広告目的には使用されません。
表示設定、選択地点、オンボーディングの完了状態、歩数から生成したオーブの履歴などを端末内に保存します。今日のオーブをウィジェットに表示するため、日付、時間帯別歩数および選択地点の識別情報を、本アプリとウィジェットのApp Group共有領域に保存します。これらを運営者のサーバーへ送信しません。
本アプリは広告を表示せず、広告SDKを使用しません。
本アプリは、追加機能を解放する買い切りプレミアムと、機能解放を伴わない任意の開発者支援を提供します。購入処理はAppleのApp StoreおよびStoreKitを通じて行われます。運営者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。購入結果、価格、通貨および取引IDをFirebase Analyticsへ送信しません。
本アプリは、利用者のデータを販売しません。利用者のデータを、本ポリシーに記載したFirebase AnalyticsおよびFirebase Crashlyticsなど、本アプリに代わってデータを処理するサービス提供者へ、必要な範囲で提供する場合があります。
HealthKitから取得したデータは、広告、マーケティングまたはデータ仲介の目的で第三者へ提供しません。本アプリが利用する第三者サービスには、本ポリシーおよび適用されるプラットフォーム規則と同等以上のデータ保護を求めます。
本アプリが端末内に保存した設定および履歴は、利用者が本アプリ内で該当データを再生成・削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで保持されます。OSのバックアップ設定によっては、端末バックアップに含まれる場合があります。本アプリはHealthKitの元データを削除しません。
購入に関してAppleが処理するデータの保存期間は、同社のポリシーに従います。
利用者は、iOSの「設定」または「ヘルスケア」アプリから、HealthKit、位置情報、写真へのアクセス許可をいつでも変更できます。本アプリの設定画面から保存済みのオーブ履歴を再生成できます。本アプリを削除すると、本アプリが端末内に保存したデータは削除されます。ただし、OSのバックアップ、AppleまたはGoogleがそれぞれ管理するデータは除きます。
本アプリの運営者が保有するデータについて確認または削除を希望する場合は、第1項の連絡先へお問い合わせください。本アプリの主要データは端末内にのみ保存されるため、運営者側で特定または削除できない場合があります。
本アプリは子どもを主な対象として設計されたものではありません。適用法令により保護者の同意が必要な利用者は、保護者の同意を得たうえで本アプリを利用してください。
本アプリは、取得するデータを必要最小限にし、健康・位置・写真データを端末内に保持します。ただし、電子的な保存または通信について絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。
機能、利用する第三者サービスまたは法令の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせし、改定日を記載します。

WalkOrb (the “App”) respects your privacy and handles data only to the extent necessary. This Privacy Policy explains how the App accesses, uses, stores, and shares data with third-party services.
With your permission, the App reads step-count data from Apple HealthKit. It uses this data to display daily steps and their hourly distribution as orbs and graphs.
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand feature usage and improve the App’s stability. Firebase Analytics collects limited events, such as screen views and interactions with certain settings and features. The App does not send step counts, HealthKit data, location coordinates, photo contents, or purchase details as Analytics event parameters.
Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash reports and related diagnostic information, such as device and operating-system information, to help diagnose crashes. This information is processed through Firebase’s services.
If you choose “Current Location” and grant location access, the App obtains your location once. It uses that location to determine local sunrise, sunset, and time zone information and adjust the App’s colors. The App does not continuously track your location.
The coordinates, time zone, and label of a location you select may be stored on your device for settings and display purposes. The App may use Apple MapKit and geocoding services to obtain a place name. Location data is not used for advertising.
If you choose to save an orb image, the App asks for permission and adds the generated image to your photo library. The App does not read existing photos in your library. Images are saved only at your request and are not used for advertising.
The App stores display preferences, the selected location, onboarding state, and orb history generated from step data on your device. To display today’s orb in the widget, the App stores the date, hourly steps, and selected-location identifier in an App Group container shared with the widget. This data is not transmitted to the operator’s servers.
The App does not display advertising or use advertising SDKs.
The App offers a one-time premium purchase that unlocks additional features and optional developer tips that do not unlock features. Apple processes purchases through the App Store and StoreKit. The operator does not receive payment information such as your credit card number. Purchase results, prices, currencies, and transaction identifiers are not sent to Firebase Analytics.
The App does not sell user data. The App may disclose limited data to service providers that process data on its behalf, including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, as described in Section 2.2.

Data obtained from HealthKit is never provided to third parties for advertising, marketing, or data-broker purposes. Third-party services used by the App are expected to provide protection equal to or greater than that described in this Policy and required by applicable platform rules.
Settings and history stored by the App remain on your device until you regenerate or delete the applicable data in the App, or uninstall the App. Depending on your operating-system backup settings, this data may be included in a device backup. The App does not delete data stored in Apple Health.
Data processed by Apple for purchases is retained according to its policies.
You can change access to HealthKit, location, and photos at any time through iOS Settings or the Health app. You can regenerate stored orb history from the App’s settings. Uninstalling the App deletes data stored locally by the App, excluding operating-system backups and data separately controlled by Apple or Google.
To request access to or deletion of data held by the operator, contact us using the details in Section 1. Because the App’s primary data is stored only on your device, the operator may not be able to identify or delete that local data on your behalf.
The App is not designed primarily for children. Users who require parental consent under applicable law should use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
The App minimizes the data it handles and keeps health, location, and photo data on your device. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, or applicable law. If a change is material, we will provide notice on this page or in the App and state the revision date.
