つづるEdit（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者が選んだ場所にあるテキスト・Markdownファイルを扱うアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱うデータ、その利用目的、保存場所および第三者サービスとの関係について説明するものです。
本アプリは、利用者がiOSの標準フォルダ選択画面で選んだフォルダ内の.md・.txtファイルを読み書きします。選択した場所は、iCloud Driveまたは「このiPhone内」のいずれかです。
本文サイズなどの設定、選択したフォルダへのアクセス情報およびアプリの動作に必要な状態を端末内に保存します。ファイルの本文は、編集・プレビュー・書き出しを行うためにアプリ内で一時的に扱われます。
利用者がコピー、共有またはファイル保存を選んだ場合、本アプリは利用者の操作に応じて、本文をiOSのクリップボード、利用者が選んだ他のアプリまたは保存先へ渡します。渡されたデータは、それぞれのサービスやアプリのポリシーに従って処理されます。
本アプリは、原稿用紙レイアウトなどの追加機能を解放する買い切りのプレミアム機能を提供します。購入と復元はAppleのApp StoreおよびStoreKitを通じて行われます。運営者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。
利用者がメールで問い合わせた場合、メールアドレス、氏名（記載された場合）および問い合わせ内容を、回答とサポートのために取り扱います。これらは対応に必要な期間保管し、不要になった場合は削除します。
本アプリは、解析SDK、広告SDKおよび利用者を追跡する仕組みを使用しません。利用者のファイル内容、入力内容、検索内容、プレビュー内容および書き出し内容を、利用状況の解析や広告のために収集しません。本アプリが独自に運営する外部サーバーへの通信も行いません。
本アプリは、利用者のデータを販売しません。次の場合を除き、本アプリから利用者のデータを第三者へ提供することはありません。
ファイルは、利用者が選んだフォルダに、利用者が削除するまで保存されます。本アプリを削除しても、iCloud Driveまたは「このiPhone内」のフォルダにあるファイルは本アプリが削除しません。
本アプリが端末内に保存する設定やアクセス情報は、利用者が設定を変更するか、本アプリを削除するまで保持されます。端末やiCloudのバックアップに含まれるデータは、それぞれの設定とサービスのポリシーに従います。
利用者は、iOSの標準ファイル操作や本アプリのフォルダ選択機能から、対象フォルダとファイルを管理できます。本アプリへのアクセスを別のフォルダに変更する場合は、設定からフォルダを選び直してください。本アプリを削除すると、本アプリが端末内に保存した設定やアクセス情報は削除されます。
本アプリは利用者のApple AccountやiCloudのパスワードを取得しません。運営者が保有するデータについて確認または削除を希望する場合は、第1項の連絡先へお問い合わせください。ファイルの本文は運営者のサーバーに保存していないため、運営者側で確認・削除できない場合があります。
本アプリは子どもを主な対象として設計されたものではありません。適用法令により保護者の同意が必要な利用者は、保護者の同意を得たうえで本アプリを利用してください。
本アプリは、取り扱うデータを必要な範囲に限り、ファイルを利用者が選んだ保存場所で扱います。ただし、電子的な保存または通信について絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。
機能、利用する第三者サービスまたは法令の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせし、改定日を記載します。

TsuzuruEdit (the “App”) handles text and Markdown files in locations chosen by the user. This Policy explains what data the App handles, why it is handled, where it is stored, and how Apple and other services are involved.
The App reads and writes .md and .txt files in a folder selected by the user through the standard iOS folder picker. The selected location may be iCloud Drive or “On My iPhone.”
The App stores settings such as body-text size, access information for the selected folder, and state needed for the App to operate on the device. File contents are handled temporarily in the App to edit, preview, and export them.
When the user chooses to copy, share, or save a file, the App passes the text according to that instruction to the iOS clipboard, another app selected by the user, or a destination selected by the user. The receiving service or app handles the data under its own policy.
The App offers a one-time premium feature purchase that unlocks additional features such as the manuscript-paper layout. Purchases and restoration are handled through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. The operator does not receive payment information such as your credit card number.
If a user contacts the operator by email, the operator handles the email address, name if provided, and inquiry contents to respond and provide support. This information is retained only as long as needed for that purpose and is deleted when it is no longer needed.
The App does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking mechanisms. It does not collect file contents, typed text, search content, preview content, or exported content for analytics or advertising. The App does not communicate with an external server operated by the developer.
The App does not sell user data. The App does not disclose user data to third parties except:
Files remain in the folder selected by the user until the user deletes them. Deleting the App does not cause the App to delete files stored in iCloud Drive or “On My iPhone.”
Settings and folder-access information stored by the App remain on the device until the user changes the settings or uninstalls the App. Data included in device or iCloud backups is handled according to the applicable settings and service policies.
The user can manage folders and files through the standard iOS file controls and the App’s folder-selection feature. To change the folder accessible to the App, choose another folder from Settings. Uninstalling the App removes settings and access information stored by the App on the device.
The App does not collect the user’s Apple Account or iCloud password. To request access to or deletion of data held by the operator, contact us using the details in Section 1. Because file contents are not stored on the operator’s servers, the operator may not be able to access or delete them on the user’s behalf.
The App is not designed primarily for children. Users who require parental consent under applicable law should use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
The App limits the data it handles to what is necessary and handles files in the storage location selected by the user. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, or applicable law. If a change is material, we will provide notice on this page or in the App and state the revision date.
